Fast & Free Dispatch
We process and ship all orders within 24 business hours of checkout. Standard delivery pan-India takes an average of 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your artifact has been fulfilled and marked as 'Shipped', a tracking link will automatically be issued in your Account's Order History tab. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
3-Day Return Window
We have a strict 3-day return policy. This means you unconditionally have exactly 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Rules
To be eligible for a return, your traditional wear and artifact must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, complete with tags, and returned inside its original packaging. Under no circumstances will worn artifacts be accepted.
Starting a Return
To launch a return request, please email our dedicated support team with your Order ID. Approved returns will be provided an authorized shipping label.
