Seller Terms & Conditions
1. Seller Eligibility
You must be a registered business entity or an individual artisan with valid identification. By applying, you confirm that you are legally authorised to sell products and engage in commercial transactions in India.
2. Product Standards
All products listed must be authentic, accurately described, and conform to RYEMOR's quality standards. Counterfeit, illegal, or misrepresented items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your seller account.
3. Commission & Payments
RYEMOR retains a platform commission on each sale. Commission rates will be communicated upon approval. Payments to sellers are processed within 7–14 business days after successful delivery and confirmation.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for packaging products securely and dispatching orders within the agreed timeline (typically 2–3 business days). Failure to meet shipping deadlines may result in penalties or account suspension.
5. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must honour RYEMOR's return and refund policy. If a product is returned due to quality issues or misrepresentation, the seller bears the cost of return shipping and the refund amount.
6. Code of Conduct
Sellers must maintain professional communication with customers and the RYEMOR team. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards buyers or staff will lead to permanent removal from the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
You warrant that all products, images, and descriptions you provide are your original work or that you have the rights to use them. RYEMOR is not liable for any IP infringement by sellers.
8. Account Termination
RYEMOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or sustained poor performance.
